Classification & Application of Seamless Steel Pipe

The Manufacturing process of The Seamless Steel Pipes:

Hot rolled (extrusion seamless steel pipe):

Round Tube → c → heating → perforated roll rolling, rolling or extrusion → set off

pipe diameter (or reducing) → cooling → straightening pressure pipe billet Test (or testing)

→ mark → storage.

Cold drawn (rolled) seamless steel pipe:

Round tube perforation → heating → pickling → annealing starts with painted oil (copper)

→ multi-pass drawing (cold) → billet tube straightening → heat treatment → Hydraulic pressure test

→ mark → storage.
